Diese Erklärung gilt für die iPhone-App RawSet und für diese Website (rawset.pages.dev), die nur Informationen zur App und diese Rechtstexte enthält. Die frühere Web-Fassung von RawSet ist seit dem 28. September 2026 abgeschaltet.
RawSet speichert, was du eingibst: Workouts und Pläne, absolvierte Trainings mit Sätzen, Gewichten, Wiederholungen, RPE und Notizen, eigene Übungen, eigene Bestwerte, Körpergewicht-Einträge, dein freiwilliges Trainingsprofil (Erfahrungsstufe, Trainingsform, Trainingstage je Woche, Minuten je Workout) sowie deine Einstellungen. Ein unterbrochenes Training wird zwischengespeichert, damit es nach einem Neustart weiterläuft.
Alle diese Daten liegen ausschließlich im Speicher der App auf deinem iPhone. Die App baut für ihre Funktionen keine Verbindung ins Internet auf und überträgt keine Daten an uns oder an Dritte.
Körpergewicht und Trainingsdaten können Rückschlüsse auf deine Gesundheit zulassen. Weil sie dein Gerät nicht verlassen, verarbeiten wir sie nicht; sie unterliegen allein deiner Kontrolle.
Für RawSet brauchst du weder Registrierung noch Anmeldung. Die App enthält keine Analyse- oder Tracking-Software, keine Werbe-Netzwerke und keine Software-Bausteine (SDKs) von Drittanbietern. Es findet kein Tracking im Sinne von Apples App-Tracking-Transparenz statt.
Du kannst deine Daten selbst als Backup-Datei (JSON) exportieren – wahlweise mit einem Passwort verschlüsselt (AES-256-GCM, Schlüssel per PBKDF2 aus deinem Passwort abgeleitet). Das Passwort kennen nur du und dein Gerät; wir können es nicht wiederherstellen.
Die Datei gibst du über das Teilen-Menü von iOS selbst weiter – etwa in die Dateien-App, nach iCloud Drive oder per Mail. Wohin sie geht, entscheidest du; für den gewählten Dienst gelten dessen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Beim Import liest RawSet eine Datei, die du selbst auswählst, und speichert ihren Inhalt nur auf deinem Gerät.
Wenn du es erlaubst, meldet RawSet das Ende einer Pause mit einer Mitteilung und zeigt das laufende Training auf dem Sperrbildschirm (Live-Aktivität). Beides erzeugt die App auf deinem Gerät selbst; es wird kein Mitteilungs-Server genutzt. Die Erlaubnis kannst du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen zurücknehmen.
Nutzt du iCloud-Backup oder sicherst du dein iPhone am Computer, können die Daten der App darin enthalten sein. Das richtet sich nach deinen Einstellungen bei Apple und unterliegt der Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple; wir erhalten darauf keinen Zugriff.
Den Download der App wickelt Apple ab; dafür gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. Wir erfahren dabei nicht, wer du bist.
Hast du auf deinem iPhone „Mit App-Entwicklern teilen“ aktiviert (Einstellungen › Datenschutz & Sicherheit › Analyse & Verbesserungen), stellt Apple uns Absturzberichte und zusammengefasste Nutzungsstatistiken zur Verfügung. Diese enthalten keine Trainingsdaten und lassen sich uns gegenüber keiner Person zuordnen. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung gegenüber Apple (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du dort jederzeit widerrufen kannst. Wir nutzen diese Berichte nur, um Fehler zu beheben.
Nimmst du am Testprogramm über TestFlight teil, erhalten wir von Apple deinen Namen und deine E-Mail-Adresse, sofern wir dich eingeladen haben, sowie das Feedback, die Bildschirmfotos und Absturzberichte, die du über TestFlight schickst. Wir nutzen sie nur, um den Test durchzuführen und die App zu verbessern (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO), und löschen sie, wenn der Test endet oder du es verlangst.
Diese Website wird bei Cloudflare Pages gehostet, einem Angebot der Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Beim Abruf der Seite überträgt dein Browser technisch notwendige Daten, die Cloudflare in Server-Logdateien verarbeitet:
Diese Daten sind für den Betrieb der Website technisch erforderlich. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO; das berechtigte Interesse liegt in der sicheren und stabilen Bereitstellung der Website. Cloudflare stützt Übermittlungen in die USA auf die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission; der Vertrag über die Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO ist Bestandteil der Self-Service-Abonnementvereinbarung von Cloudflare. Einzelheiten stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung von Cloudflare.
Wir geben keine Daten an Dritte weiter, verkaufen keine Daten und nutzen keine Daten für Werbung. Ausnahmen sind nur die oben beschriebenen Verarbeitungen durch Apple und Cloudflare.
Einzelne Einträge löschst du direkt in der App. Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden alle in der App gespeicherten Daten unwiderruflich entfernt. Ausgenommen sind Backup-Dateien, die du selbst exportiert hast, und Geräte-Backups bei Apple; diese verwaltest du selbst.
Soweit wir personenbezogene Daten von dir verarbeiten (etwa als TestFlight-Teilnehmer), hast du das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung zu widerrufen. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren. Deine Trainingsdaten liegen nur bei dir; über sie verfügst du jederzeit selbst.
RawSet richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren. Da die App keine personenbezogenen Daten erhebt oder überträgt, ergeben sich daraus keine besonderen Risiken.
Ändert sich die Funktionsweise von RawSet – etwa durch eine Synchronisierung, eine Anbindung an Apple Health oder ein Premium-Abo –, passen wir diese Erklärung vorher an.

This policy covers the RawSet iPhone app and this website (rawset.pages.dev), which only contains information about the app and these legal texts. The former web version of RawSet was shut down on September 28, 2026.
RawSet stores what you enter: workouts and plans, completed sessions with sets, weights, reps, RPE and notes, custom exercises, your own personal records, body-weight entries, your optional training profile (experience level, training style, training days per week, minutes per session), and your settings. An interrupted session is saved so that it can continue after a restart.
All of this data stays exclusively in the app's storage on your iPhone. The app does not connect to the internet for its features and does not transmit any data to us or to third parties.
Body weight and workout data may allow conclusions about your health. Because it never leaves your device, we do not process it; it remains under your sole control.
RawSet requires no registration or sign-in. The app contains no analytics or tracking software, no ad networks, and no third-party software components (SDKs). There is no tracking within the meaning of Apple's App Tracking Transparency.
You can export your data as a backup file (JSON), optionally encrypted with a password (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your password via PBKDF2). Only you and your device know the password; we cannot recover it.
You share the file yourself through the iOS share sheet, for example to the Files app, iCloud Drive, or by email. You decide where it goes; the chosen service's privacy terms apply. When importing, RawSet reads a file you select and stores its content only on your device.
If you allow it, RawSet notifies you when a rest period ends and shows the current session on the Lock Screen (Live Activity). The app creates both on your device; no notification server is involved. You can revoke permission at any time in the iOS Settings.
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, the app's data may be included. This depends on your Apple settings and is governed by Apple's privacy policy; we have no access to it.
Apple handles the download of the app; Apple's privacy policy applies. We do not learn who you are.
If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" on your iPhone (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple provides us with crash reports and aggregated usage statistics. They contain no workout data and cannot be attributed to any person by us. The legal basis is your consent given to Apple (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw there at any time. We use these reports only to fix bugs.
If you take part in testing via TestFlight, Apple provides us with your name and email address if we invited you, as well as the feedback, screenshots, and crash reports you send through TestFlight. We use them only to run the test and improve the app (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when the test ends or on your request.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data that Cloudflare processes in server log files:
This data is technically required to operate the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable provision of the website. Cloudflare bases transfers to the USA on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; the data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR forms part of Cloudflare's self-service subscription agreement. Details are set out in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not share, sell, or use any data for advertising. The only exceptions are the processing by Apple and Cloudflare described above.
You can delete individual entries directly in the app. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data stored in the app, except backup files you exported yourself and Apple device backups, which you manage yourself.
Where we process personal data about you (for example as a TestFlight tester), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Your workout data stays with you; you control it at all times.
RawSet is not directed at children under 16. Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, no particular risks arise from this.
If RawSet's functionality changes – for example through sync, an Apple Health integration, or a premium subscription – we will update this policy beforehand.
